The Young Friends of YouthBuild Philly are raising funds to sponsor a group of YouthBuild Philly students who will spend their upcoming Spring Break volunteering in Puerto Rico.
Join us at North Bowl to support this unique opportunity for students, and enjoy a night of bowling, silent auctions featuring local businesses, drink specials, and (of course) the best tater tots in town! This is a great way to meet or reconnect with other young professionals who support YouthBuild Philly's students and vision.
Tickets are $30/person, but during the month of January we're offering an early bird special of $25, so rally your teammates and register soon!
**All tickets include shoe rentals, lane use, food, and drink specials**
There will be delicious, free North Bowl food for everyone as well as drink specials: $2 Tecates and $4 Yards Brawlers
We'll be tracking scores and there will be a special prize for the team with the highest average score! Get your friends together to organize a team, and when you buy your ticket online just let us know in the checkout process which team you're on.

About YouthBuild Philly
YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School offers high school dropouts ages 18-21 the opportunity to reclaim their education and pursue a career through a unique blend of academics, vocational training, and service learning. During their time at YouthBuild Philly, students earn a high school diploma and trade certification, and complete a part-time year of AmeriCorps service through community impact projects. Service is a cornerstone of YouthBuild's innovative education model. While rebuilding their community students learn new skills, build leadership abilities, and recognize their self-worth and potential. All students are part-time AmeriCorps members and engage in a variety of community impact projects throughout the year.
Every year, YouthBuild Philly organizes a service trip for a small group of students interested in impacting a community outside of Philadelphia. The Spring Break service trips expand our students' horizons - many of them have never left the Philadelphia region, let alone flown on a plane.
